The new support system seems to be working well so far. One tremendous advantage with this system, compared to the old system, is that knowledgebase articles are suggested to the user after they push the “Submit” button for a support ticket. The user can see if their question is already answered in the knowledgebase without having to wait for a support reply.
This brings us to a small request. If you happen to browse the knowledgebase and don’t see something you feel should be included, please bring it to our attention. We would be happy to include it.

We changed all the necessary links and put some finishing touches on things…and here it is, our new support website.

We have recently resolved the Paypal issue described in the post below. Your paid ads on PetClassifieds.US and WebClassifieds.US should now be going through.

Currently, we are having an issue with Paypal payments.
When you place an with features or extras that requires a payment, you are guided through Paypal.com for payment processing. Normally, you would make your payment at Paypal.com and be sent back to our website where the ad would be placed. The way our website knows that payment has been made is from a signal sent from Paypal.
Currently, there is a small bug in our system that is not receiving the “Paid” signal. Your ad still gets placed, but waits for manual approval. Usually, we approve all ads within a few hours of them being placed.
We have this issue cleared up for BoatClassifieds.US, MotoClassifieds.US and CycleClassifieds.US. PetClassifieds.US and WebClassifieds.US are still affected by this bug. We hope to have it cleared up in a few days.

You may have noticed throughout the years that we have made some changes. First, we started out with one blog for all of our websites. Then, we grew, so we decided that a separate blog for each site was in order.
As you may have guessed, our websites are very similar to one another. Also, it is quite cumbersome to update each individual blog with similar information. With this in mind, we decided to set up an entire support website to handle all of our websites. This support website will include this blog, a ticket support system and a knowledgebase.
Right now, we are still constructing this support website, but will make a post when it is complete. Remember, our goal is support, so any suggestions you may have are always welcome. You may open a ticket or post a comment here at the blog.
